At VII World Navy Show in Saint Petersburg VSMPO-AVISMA presented products required by shipbuilders and allowing to settle the issue of replacing imported components by Russian equivalents.

«VSMPO participate in almost all projects of navy and commercial shipbuilding for which strong, lightweight and corrosion-resistant titanium is required. One of significant aspects of that exhibition was discussing approaches of long-term cooperation between VSMPO-AVISMA and United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC). USC development approaches became familiar, which will allow Ural metallurgists to plan their participation in joint projects.
