VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation produces aerospace and premium (rotor) grade billets with a specified α+β-structure.

Billets are subject to heat treatment and machining, immersion ultrasonic inspection (multizone ultrasonic inspection can be used for rotor grade billets), mechanical testing and macrostructure and microstructure examination.

Billets offered: diameter 130 mm to 350 mm, up to 5000 mm. Billets with diameters over 350 mm can be supplied as agreed between the Manufacturer and the Customer.
