VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation produces:
● Hot rolled sheets (faced-rolled and pack-rolled)
VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation produces rolled sheets made by face sheet or pack rolling, from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm. Sheets are supplied as-hot rolled or heat treated. Further processing depends upon the Customer requirements, it can be machining or chemical processing.
VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation produces hot-rolled plates from 4.76 up to 155 mm. Plates are produced by longitudinal and longitudinal-transverse rolling.
Plates are supplied as-hot rolled or heat-treated. Creep flattening can be used as heat treatment, as necessary (to relieve internal stresses and fulfil special flatness requirements). Plates can be supplied as cut blanks, i.e. as complex shape parts cut from the mother plate.
Further processing depends upon the Customer requirements, it can be machining or chemical processing.
Titanium alloy plates are used for medical, engine, aerospace, ship-building applications as well as for consumer goods production.
