Rolled rings

VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation produces rolled rings 300 to 3500 mm in diameter, weight up to 4000 kg, height up to 800 mm. To ensure ring geometry compliance with customer requirements the products are straightened and sized on horizontal presses. Rings can have rectangular or shaped section, the profile can be symmetrical or non-symmetrical.

Rings are supplied as hot-rolled, heat treated, and machined. After machining the disks are subject to additional acid etching to ensure marketable appearance.

Seamless rolled rings are used for aerospace, , marine, and heavy engineering applications.
