Seamless tubes
VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation produces:
● Hot-worked tubes
The tubes are supplied as hot rolled or hot extruded, straightened, machined on outer and inner diameter, surface etched.
Tubes can be supplied as heat-treated or non-heat-treated.
The Corporation is capable of 100% ultrasonic inspection.
● Tubes offered:
— hot rolled tubes: outer diameter 70 mm to 325 mm, wall thickness 9 mm to 30 mm, length up to 5000 mm (as agreed between the Manufacturer and the Customer on a case-by-case basis);
— hot extruded tubes: outer diameter 50 mm to 160 mm, wall thickness 7 mm to 35 mm, length up to 3000 (as agreed between the Manufacturer and the Customer on a case-by-case basis).
● Cold-worked tubes
Cold-worked tubes are supplied as heat-treated, surface etched, subject to hydrotesting or ultrasonic inspection, depending on the requirements of manufacturing specifications.
Tubes offered:
— outer diameter 6 mm to 89 mm, wall thickness 0,5 mm to 11 mm, length up to 6000 mm (as agreed between the Manufacturer and the Customer on a case-by-case basis).
